Refund and Cancellation Policy
At The Spark Social Club, we curate intimate, balanced events designed to spark real connection. To keep every gathering intentional and enjoyable, we’ve created a simple, transparent policy that protects the flow of our experiences.
Non-Refundable, But Transfer-Friendly
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, we know life can get unpredictable, so we offer flexible future-event transfers.
Transfer Your Ticket to a Future Event
If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a future event, as long as:

You contact us at least 48 hours before the event,

The future event has available space,
-
And the event is of equal or lesser value (you can upgrade by paying the difference).
One transfer per ticket is permitted.
Our goal is to keep your Spark experience thriving, even when schedules shift.
If You Can’t Make It (No-Show Policy)
If something unexpected comes up and you miss the event, your ticket remains non-refundable, but you may still request to attend a future event.
Approval is based on availability and event capacity. While we can’t guarantee placement, we always do our best to accommodate no-show rescheduling in a compassionate, guest-centered way.
